Tried that first. It doesn't work. The window closes but the value is not saved.

Files app preferences window not usable

Hi

I am used to folders being listed before files in the file manager. By default this is not enabled in Files. When I open the preferences window to make changes, there are no close/minimise/maximise buttons. So I am not able to save the choices. How can I get around this issue?

Re: Enabling Tamil phonetic typing

Recently updated the hamara install after two months. Now the language option is working smoothly. Earlier the dialog box wouldn't open at all. Very easy to switch between languages now. Thanks.

Re: Enabling Tamil phonetic typing

Thanks for the response. I didn't get your question properly. Can you explain what you mean by Indian Keyboard Layout?

Wifi and Network Indicator

Hi I have installed Hamara Beta 2 recently and run all the updates on it. It looks very slick and the usability is quite smooth. I don't know how closely it resembles gnome 3 stock as I jumped to Mint and KDE when Gnome 3 came around. It is running on a Toshiba Laptop C840-I4010 (Core i3, 4 GB RAM, ...
